Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking experienced Commercial Drywall Hangers and Framers to join our team. We are a premier wall and ceiling contractor with a focus on safe, high-quality workmanship and teamwork across project sites.

As an employee-owned company, we value strong communication, mentorship, and collaboration with GC teams. The role requires 3 years of production finishing experience, the ability to work safely on ladders and scaffolding, and a willingness to train and lead junior crew

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of experience with Production Finishing and be a specialist in the field.
• Experience using stilts, baker scaffolding, and ladders safely.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform drywall hanging as a team.
• Hang walls, top-out, ceilings; demonstrate each task.
• Inspect framing surfaces for plumb and square; mark corrections.
• Oversee less experienced installers; coordinate with GC and subcontractors.
• Instruct and inspect quality walls/ceilings; resolve conflicts on site.
