Job summary

AVEO is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Data Operations & Governance in Boston with remote consideration for an exceptional candidate. This role steward commercial data assets, govern data quality, and manage vendor operations across the oncology commercial ecosystem.

You will collaborate with Sales Operations, Analytics, Marketing, IT, and Compliance to maintain data standards and enable timely data releases in a regulated, fast-paced biopharma setting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 6+ years in pharma data ops or related field.
• 2+ years oncology or specialty market experience preferred.
• Strong data governance, MDM, and vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data governance and MDM across commercial data assets.
• Manage commercial data vendors and ensure SLA performance.
• Lead data processing, integrations, and onboarding of new assets.
• Coordinate data releases and system access provisioning.
• Foster collaboration across Commercial Ops, Analytics, IT, and vendors.
• Drive continuous improvement to data quality and scalability.
