Job summary

Riverview Bank is seeking a Credit Analyst to support the loan approval process by analyzing financial statements, preparing credit memorandums, and reviewing annual loan reviews. The role requires ensuring accuracy of analyses and compliance with bank policy.

The candidate will collaborate with loan officers and teams, collect necessary documents, and monitor credits using standard reports. A business/finance degree and 2+ years of lending support are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field; 2+ years of commercial lending support experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to read and interpret financial statements and tax returns.
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of bank services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare credit memorandums, criticized/classified loan memos, and annual loan reviews.
• Analyze financial spreads to ensure loan requests meet credit policy.
• Coordinate documents with loan documentation team and title/environmental reports.
• Monitor credits using management reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
