Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and pragmatic legal advice to contracting clients across the enterprise
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts with external parties
• Identify legal risks and advise on risk mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with Litigation, Privacy, Regulatory and Compliance teams
• Ensure compliance of product information and messaging in external communications
• Support business strategy and act as primary day-to-day legal contact for clients
