Signifyd is seeking an experienced attorney to join the Commercial Legal team in a remote-capable role. You will draft and negotiate complex subscription and partnership agreements, advise on vendor transactions, and support global sales teams across the U.S., EMEA, Mexico, and South America.

Ideal candidates hold a JD, active U.S. state bar licensure, and 5-10+ years of experience in commercial tech transactions.

• Base salary $170k-$210k plus equity, bonus, unlimited PTO, and benefits.
