Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and active bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum 7 years of legal experience, ideally within a law firm or the in-house legal department of a mid- to large-sized organization.
• Proven expertise in commercial law, privacy, advertising/marketing law, technology, artificial intelligence, intellectual property.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time, strategic legal counsel on a wide array of business matters, including product development, marketing, sales, and emerging technologies.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements—especially those involving advertising, marketing, and data service arrangements.
• Advise on legal risk management and evolving regulatory landscapes in areas such as technology, commercial contracts, privacy, and consumer protection.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide strategies by collaborating across business units, policy, compliance, and legal teams.
