Beacon Hill Legal seeks an experienced Commercial Attorney (Technology Transactions) for our client, a financial services organization. This short-term contract supports an in-house legal team, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements while partnering with internal business stakeholders.

The role focuses on MSAs, SOWs, vendor and professional services agreements, with emphasis on data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI-related matters.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active U.S. bar license required.
• 3+ years of legal experience.
• In-house experience preferred.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience supporting technology, professional services, SaaS, or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and business partnering skills.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs.

• Draft partnership and alliance agreements.

This short-term contract assignment will provide coverage for an in-house legal team and support the review, drafting, and negotiation of commercial agreements while partnering with internal business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate: Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
• Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Vendor Agreements
• Professional Services Agreements
• Partnership and Alliance Agreements
• Partner with sales, procurement, finance, and business teams to support commercial transactions.
• Identify and address contractual risks related to data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI-related matters.
• Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to help move deals forward.
• Support contract negotiations from initial review through execution.
