Job summary

TWC Services, Inc. in Sanford, FL is seeking an experienced HVAC technician with 8–10+ years of commercial cooking equipment service (combi-ovens, fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, and more) to join our team.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years’ experience in commercial cooking equipment service (combi-ovens, fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, warmers, microwaves, dishwashers, etc.)
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and gas systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to work on-call
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Technical degrees and relevant certifications are a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and gas systems on-site
• Perform service and maintenance on commercial cooking equipment
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet client needs
• Participate in on-call rotations as required
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication

What We’re Looking For:

• 8-10+ years’ experience in:
  • Commercial Cooking Equipment (combi-ovens,fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, mixers, warmers, microwaves, dishwashers, etc.)
• A strong desire to continue company provided education on commercial hot side equipment
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and gas systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to work on-call
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Technical degrees and relevant certifications are a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
