Job summary

TWC Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, and related gas/electric equipment. You’ll work on-site at customer locations with an emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, technical certification preferred, and proven experience with electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Proven experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment including fryers, ovens, grills and steamers.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Install new kitchen equipment per manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of service and parts used.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment including fryers, combi ovens, grills, steamers, warmers, mixers and other gas/electric equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
• Install new kitchen equipment following manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required ; technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
