Job summary

TWC Services, Inc. is a leading provider of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking equipment service in the Southeast. We are seeking skilled technicians to diagnose, repair, and install kitchen equipment across our client sites in Florida.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, with technical certification preferred, and proven experience in repair of commercial kitchen systems, electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration proficiency. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment including fryers, combi ovens, grills, steamers, warmers, mixers and other gas/electric equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
• Install new kitchen equipment following manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
