Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience providing contract counseling and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience drafting supplier and technology contracts for global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review a wide variety of commercial and technical contracts.
• Partner across Legal, Procurement, Operations, IT, Marketing, and HR to streamline processes.
• Develop and maintain supplier contracting policies, templates, and playbooks.
• Provide practical legal guidance on SLAs and risk management.
• Escalate complex matters and ensure business-ready contract intake.
