The role collaborates with Legal, Procurement, IT, Marketing, and HR to review and negotiate a high volume of agreements, including services, SaaS, licenses, and HR-related contracts.

The position is hybrid, offering opportunities to shape supplier contracting policies and templates while supporting training and knowledge-sharing across the firm.

Qualifications

• Experience providing contract legal counseling for commercial arrangements.
• Strong knowledge of supplier and technology contracts and data/privacy considerations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review a wide variety of commercial and technical contracts.
• Partner across the firm to streamline procurement and contracting processes.
• Provide practical legal guidance to Procurement and other teams.
