Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 5+ years experience commercial construction superintendent.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, contracts, safety regulations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations with PM/PC.
• Schedule subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries, inspections.
• Stay within budget and on schedule while ensuring quality.
