Benning Construction Company seeks a seasoned Superintendent to drive commercial projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. You will build strong relationships with subcontractors, train tomorrow’s leaders, and solve complex site challenges on multi-million dollar builds.

The role requires extensive field leadership, clear communication, and a proactive approach to coordinating schedules, safety, and logistics across Southeast sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience overseeing new construction projects/trades valued at $8M+.
• Experience building at least one ground-up grocery store.
• Ability to travel throughout the Southeast.
• Strong understanding of plans, specs, and general and special conditions.
• Experience maintaining construction schedules and coordinating site logistics.
• Ability to develop Assistant Superintendents and Foremen to grow into future Superintendents.

• Drive the project forward from start to finish on time and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractor scopes and scheduling.
• Set up project safety requirements and schedule Tool Box Talks.
• Develop future superintendents and foremen.
• Represent Benning professionally with clients and partners.
