Job summary

Jenkins Restorations seeks an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on large commercial projects from Chantilly, VA. The role reports to the General Manager and focuses on delivering projects from planning to execution with a servant-leadership approach.

Requirements include 2–3 years in the restoration/construction industry, an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), OSHA 30, and strong reading of drawings. Travel may be involved as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering or construction management.
• 2–3 years of industry-related experience or training; construction/restoration experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to read construction documents.
• Excellent customer service and communication in English.
• Ability to climb roofs and work in restricted spaces; strong safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage field aspects of deadlines, progress, and quality on large commercial projects.
• Maintain relationships with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee safety requirements and OSHA 30 certifications on sites.
• Read and coordinate construction drawings accurately.
• Supervise on-site subcontractors to meet quality and deadlines.
• Assist with estimating for commercial projects.
