Job summary

Pepper Construction Wisconsin is seeking experienced Superintendents to lead complex commercial construction projects across Wisconsin, including Milwaukee and Madison. You will oversee field operations, drive safety, sequencing, and daily execution, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with project teams.

The role requires proven leadership on commercial sites, strong knowledge of construction means and safety practices, and a track record of delivering projects around $10M+.

Qualifications

• Lead all field operations from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules and short-interval planning.
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors and field teams.
• Drive quality, production, sequencing, and daily execution.
• Mentor and develop other Superintendents and field staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, high-performing jobsites with a strong safety culture.
• Develop and manage schedules, including short-interval planning.
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors and field teams.
• Drive quality, production, sequencing, and daily execution.
• Partner with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and trades.
