Pepper Construction Wisconsin is hiring experienced Superintendents to lead complex commercial projects across Wisconsin. You will oversee field operations from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of progressive field leadership, strong communication, and a proven track record on large-scale projects. This role offers growth within a family-owned culture and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership on commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of means, methods, sequencing, and safety practices.
• Experience managing projects around $10M+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from preconstruction through closeout.
• Maintain safe, high-performing jobsites where safety is never compromised.
• Develop and manage project schedules, including short-interval planning.
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors and field teams.
• Drive quality, production, sequencing, and daily execution.
• Partner with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and trades.
• Anticipate and resolve field challenges proactively and professionally.
• Manage labor, equipment, and material performance to meet goals.
• Mentor and develop other Superintendents and field staff.
• Represent Pepper with professionalism and integrity on every project.
