Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a senior on-site Construction Superintendent to oversee all phases of commercial construction in the San Antonio/Fair Oaks Ranch area. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, budgets, and safety programs while ensuring adherence to drawings and specifications.

The role requires extensive field leadership, strong communication, and the ability to maintain daily reports and progress with the project team.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in construction-related field; strong supervisory background.
• OSHA 30-hour certification and valid driver's license required.
• Experience reading design drawings and overseeing multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update construction schedules; provide weekly progress reports.
• Perform quality control inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate subs, vendors, and inspections to meet CMP schedule.
• Review subcontracts and pay requests; monitor budget and schedule.
• Maintain current as-built drawings and project documentation.
• Lead on-site team of supers, foremen, and laborers.
