Qualifications

• Minimum of several years as Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Strong GC background and ability to lead on-site teams.
• Experience with ground-up and large-scale building projects.
• Ability to read architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Proven scheduling, sequencing and subcontractor coordination skills.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA regulations on site.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities on commercial building projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule and to specification.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades and site personnel.
• Develop and maintain short-term construction schedules, including look-ahead planning and daily work coordination.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays and implement solutions to keep work moving.
• Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, architects and clients throughout the construction process.
• Review construction drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards and building code requirements are met.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and enforce OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
• Manage site logistics, material deliveries, equipment and workforce requirements.
• Lead site meetings, provide progress updates and maintain accurate daily reports.
• Oversee project closeout, punch lists and final inspections.
