Job summary

Cleveland Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout in the Cleveland area.

You will manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders while coordinating architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Travel is required for site visits and coordination.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Hospitality/hotel/fuel center/big box construction experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and MEP coordination.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Project, Timberline, and construction software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• OSHA knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and WIP reporting.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, and OSHA compliance on all projects.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Maintain strong client relationships and project communication.
