The role requires strong organization, scheduling, budget management, and reporting, with experience in construction and supervising project staff. You will coordinate teams, ensure quality, meet deadlines, and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous project management experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with large customer interface.
• Experience in construction environment preferred.
• MVR, background, and drug test must pass.

Responsibilities

• Oversee organization, scheduling, implementation, and closeout of multiple projects.
• Set and meet deadlines per Scope of Work for customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate estimates for supplies, manpower, and resources.
• Make timely budget projections within budgetary constraints.
• Create reports on work progress, costs, and scheduling.
• Communicate project goals to all personnel and document actual results.
• Track and report project milestones and tasks to management.
• Work with subcontractors and employees to ensure quality and timely work.
• Supervise Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators; ensure documents and cost trackers.
• Complete invoicing accurately and on time at project completion.
• Perform other responsibilities as required by management.
