Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous project management experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with large customer interface preferred.
• Experience in construction environment preferred.
• Must pass an MVR, background, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Oversee organization, scheduling, implementation, and closeout of multiple projects.
• Set and meet deadlines per the Scope of Work with clear communication to customers.
• Provide accurate estimates for supplies, manpower, and resources.
• Manage project budgets and provide timely projections.
• Create reports on progress, costs, and scheduling.
• Communicate goals to the team and document results.
• Track milestones and tasks for management review.
• Ensure quality work with subcontractors and team members.
• Supervise Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
