Job summary

Engelke Construction Solutions is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Northeast Ohio to join our growing construction team. This role supports overall project management, reporting, and coordination with clients, architects, and engineers across multiple projects.

You will assist with bid solicitation, estimating, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and schedule management, ensuring on-time completion and accurate closeouts. Travel and site visits may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall project management and reporting for construction projects.
• Coordinate front-end client communications and schedule updates.
• Solicit bids and assist in estimating and procurement of subcontracts and materials.
• Track progress, budgets, and pay applications; support field staff.
• Prepare and submit closeout documents and assist in business development.
