• Prepare project reports identifying progress, risks, and required actions.
• Support early project development and client submissions.
• Conduct regular project meetings with internal teams and trade partners.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
• Foster a positive team environment and support staff development.
