Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience with leadership over large or complex projects.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• OSHA 30 Hour Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight across multiple complex commercial construction projects.
• Develop and approve project execution plans aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate on conceptual schedules and ensure a smooth transition from Preconstruction to Construction phases.
• Lead risk management: identify, evaluate, mitigate, and report risks.
