Job summary

Indiana Construction Company seeks an experienced Senior Construction Estimator to lead end-to-end commercial estimates from takeoffs through bid packages.

This fully remote role follows US Eastern Time, offers full-time exclusive commitment, and reports to the company owner who has 35+ years in civil estimating. You will be mentored but are expected to work with minimal supervision. There is an opportunity to take on project management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or civil estimating experience (or strong mid-level equivalent).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to own estimating workflows independently.
• Fluent English and experience with US construction standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end commercial construction estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bid packages.
• Coordinate subcontractor bids and estimate materials, labor, equipment, and project costs.
• Review drawings and use Bluebeam, Excel, Revit, and HeavyBid for accurate estimates.
