Job summary

Landmark Builders is seeking a full-time, experienced Estimator to provide estimating services across all market segments and delivery methods for commercial construction projects.

The role supports the preconstruction team, requiring travel for meetings and site visits, and a bachelor's degree with 5–10+ years of estimator experience. You will prepare detailed estimates with takeoffs and vendor quotes and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure accurate bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5–10+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating.
• Understanding of CSI divisions, pricing, and takeoffs.
• Proficiency with Excel and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Study plans and specs; visit sites to confirm requirements.
• Coordinate with preconstruction managers, clients and design team.
• Provide detailed estimates with takeoffs and vendor quotes.
• Coordinate scope reviews with subcontractors to avoid gaps and risks.
