Qualifications

• 3+ years previous commercial construction experience with public, private or federal projects is required.
• B.S. Degree – Construction Management or Engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial construction project proposals and bids accurately and timely.
• Identify and compute labor, material, and time costs.
• Visit project and pre-bid meetings to understand site conditions/scope.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong prioritization and organizational skills

Strong working knowledge of estimating software

Working knowledge of programs such as Bluebeam, Excel, and Word

Well-rounded base of knowledge in construction disciplines

Civil estimating experience preferred

3+ years previous commercial construction experience
