Job summary

Bartley Corporation, based in Silver Spring, MD, is hiring a Concrete Foundation Project Manager to lead multiple concrete projects from CAD drawings to the field. You will serve as the customer focal point, ensure safety, manage crews, costs, and subcontractors, and drive on-site planning from start to finish.

The role requires +5 years in concrete construction, a high school degree or higher, and preferred Spanish language skills. Office tasks include documentation, billing, and change orders.

Qualifications

• +5 years working in concrete construction with knowledge of key concrete phases.
• High school degree or higher education.
• Knowledge of Spanish is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects as customer point of contact.
• Ensure safety, planning, scheduling, and budgeting across sites.
• Prepare and review shop drawings and plans.
• Manage crew, quality, and site materials.
• Process change orders and job costing documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and preconstruction meetings.
• Perform office functions for project management.
