Job summary

Bartley Corporation in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Residential Field Manager to oversee concrete construction projects from start to finish.

You will coordinate schedules, manage crews and subcontractors, ensure safety, and maintain project profitability. A strong ability to read blueprints and 7+ years of field experience are required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of concrete construction experience with ability to read blueprints.
• Experience with concrete phases: layout, footings, cast-in-place walls, slab work.
• Knowledge of safety practices on construction sites.

Required Experience

Candidate must have at least 7 years of experience working in concrete construction with the ability to read and interpret Blueprints.

This position requires experience with some of the following concrete phases:

• Slab on grade
• Slab on metal deck
• Structural slabs
• Site concrete work
