Job summary

Bartley Corp, based in Silver Spring, Maryland, seeks a Residential Field Manager with strong leadership in concrete construction. You will read blueprints, manage start timelines, allocate resources, and oversee safety programs to ensure on-time project delivery.

Must have 7+ years in concrete construction, experience with job costing, subcontractor oversight, and driving project profitability. Spanish language skills are a plus for site coordination.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least 7 years of experience working in concrete construction with the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of proper construction safety practices and standards.
• Experience with scheduling and crew management to meet project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Review contract scope with estimator and align on requirements.
• Manage job start timelines and overall project schedule.
• Allocate equipment and operators to sites as needed.
• Oversee material management and procurement coordination.
• Lead daily huddles and safety programs on site.
• Execute change orders and manage subcontractor performance.
