Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial concrete construction with increasing responsibility.
• Experience managing concrete crews, foremen, superintendents, or field operations.
• Strong understanding of concrete construction methods, scheduling, production, and sequencing.
• Ability to read plans, specs, and project schedules; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the commercial concrete division.
• Plan manpower, equipment, materials, and crews to meet project schedules.
• Work with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure project execution.
• Oversee concrete crews and provide leadership, direction, and accountability.
• Monitor production, labor costs, equipment utilization, and project performance.
• Coordinate with estimating and project management during planning and turnover.
• Recruit, hire, and develop concrete employees.
• Promote safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance.
