WesBanco in Uniontown, OH seeks a SVP & Director of IT Governance - Cyber Security to lead enterprise IT risk, GRC, and cybersecurity programs. The role oversees policy hierarchy, control frameworks, and regulatory examinations across technology, risk, audit, and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years IT risk, GRC, cybersecurity, or tech audit experience.
• At least 3 years in leadership or program management.
• 5+ years in a regulated financial institution; banking experience preferred.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC desirable.

Responsabilités

• Oversees enterprise IT GRC program aligned to NIST CSF 2.0, CIS Controls, and FFIEC guidance.
• Leads technology risk assessments across infrastructure, apps, data, cloud, and third parties.
• Manages IT risk register, scoring, ownership, and remediation workflows.
• Directs AI governance, vendor risk management, and third-party risk.
• Develops tech risk metrics for senior leadership and the Board.
• Coordinates regulatory examinations and internal/external audits.
• Builds and mentors a team of GRC analysts.
• Drives GRC tool strategy (ServiceNow, Archer) and budget planning.
