Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a professional level sales position to support advanced commercial functions. This full-time role focuses on profitable growth through customer retention and expansion, partnering with the GM to manage Team Members, and directing drivers to ensure timely delivery.

You will maintain commercial relationships, provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers, and strive to hit personal and store sales goals while supervising daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• Formal or informal experience leading teams, including supervising daily tasks, and working together to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
