Columbia Bank is hiring for a senior commercial appraisal reviewer in Phoenix. You will procure, engage, and review complex and non-complex valuation products to ensure USPAP, FIRREA and IAEG compliance and bank policy. Mentoring junior staff and supporting policy development are key parts of the role.

You will coordinate with lines of business, address escalations, and assist in appraisal-related risk reviews for credit decisions while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• Active State Certified General License is required.
• Strong knowledge of USPAP, FIRREA, IAEG and appraisal practices.

Responsibilities

• Procures, engages, and reviews commercial valuation products to ensure compliance with USPAP, FIRREA, IAEG and policy.
• Mentors junior staff and contributes to department policy development.
• Communicates valuation requirements to business partners and auditors.
