Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Active State Certified General License required.
• 10+ years of commercial appraisal review experience.
• Strong multi-state experience with CRE appraisals (LIHTC, Special Purpose).
• Ability to obtain additional appraisal licenses across states.

Responsibilities

• Procures bids and awards for commercial real estate appraisal vendor RFPs.
• Reviews complex valuation products for credibility and compliance.
• Develops USPAP-based commercial appraisal reviews for lending decisions.
• Mentor junior staff and share subject matter expertise.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and valuation independence.
• Lead or participate in valuation program projects and policy development.
• Meet production and turnaround goals.
