Qualifications

• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, agricultural business or equivalent education/work experience.
• A minimum of 5+ years previous commercial or agricultural lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of analyzing credit requests, collateral analysis, proper structuring and pricing of loans and collections.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Access.
• Proven ability for business development.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Demonstrated ability to provide information in concise verbal and written formats.

Responsibilities

• Process and approve commercial, agricultural and some consumer loan requests.
• Inspections and verification of collateral and evaluation of operations through field inspections.
• Develop new business by expanding existing relationships and calling on potential customers.
• Cross sell Bank products.
• Represent the Bank in various community activities.
• Servicing of commercial, agricultural, consumer, residential and credit card customers.
• Collection of past due accounts; management of OREO, etc.
• Keep informed of SBA, FMHA, and MBOI loan programs.
• Ability to properly structure and price loan relationships.
