Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead a team of analysts and consultants in pricing and analytical initiatives across commercial auto insurance.

The role focuses on coaching, project oversight, client-facing presentations, and delivering high-quality analyses on time. Remote work is available across the United States with a potential annual bonus up to 20% and a comprehensive compensation package.

Competenze

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area plus 5 years of post-bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society)
• Ability to coach, mentor and train staff
• 3+ years experience managing teams in a supervisory capacity
• Experience performing account-level rating and pricing analyses for complex or high-value commercial insurance opportunities
• Experience serving as a client-facing partner presenting analyses, recommendations, and pricing strategies

We are actively hiring for a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto)!

Role Summary

As a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto), you will lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants, providing coaching, training, and direction across a variety of pricing and analytical projects. You will oversee actuarial analyses, support business decision-making, and ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for human resources functions to include recruiting and interviewing prospective employees, conducting performance appraisals, recommending salary actions including promotions and terminations, and administering disciplinary procedures in conjunction with management, recognizing employee’s achievements and counsels employees on performance issues, promotes growth and development of staff thorough coaching and mentoring, provides feedback and guidance to staff relative to productivity.
• Review work of Consultants and Analysts and oversees the successful completion of projects within the required time frame.
• Manage and train Actuarial Consultants and/or Analysts within the department.
• Manage Teams time and workload and recommends tradeoffs to leadership
• Demonstrate the ability to balance the achievement of business results with constrained human capital
• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 5 years of post bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area
• 3 years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society)
• Requires the ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training, guidance and constructive feedback to professional staff
• 3+ years experience managing teams in a supervisory capacity
• Experience performing account-level rating and pricing analyses for complex or high-value commercial insurance opportunities.
• Experience serving as a client-facing partner, presenting analyses, recommendations, and pricing strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience performing account-level rating and pricing analyses for complex or high-value commercial insurance opportunities.
• In depth knowledge of the Commercial Auto industry and knowledge of the Commercial insurance marketplace in general.
• Ability to prioritize work, organizes time, and balances multiple projects
• supporting employee resource groups, mentoring employees, volunteering, joining cross-functional projects, encouraging team member involvement in these activities.
• willing to have cameras when it matters: interviewing candidates, building relationships with team members, etc.)
• Travels as needed for role, including enterprise meetings, divisional / team meetings, and other in-person meetings

This role is remote anywhere in the United States.
