Job summary

Midi Health is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own data strategy for commerce and fulfillment. You will bridge data science, operations, marketing and product to optimize the end-to-end patient purchasing journey across our Rx platform and Shopify storefront.

You will analyze funnels, renewals, margins, and AOV; collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve conversion rates while upholding clinical integrity and patient safety.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of data analytics experience in e-commerce, digital health, or D2C subscriptions.
• Expert-level SQL proficiency.
• Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase).
• Experience joining data from disparate sources (Postgres/MySQL and Shopify).
• Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics (Conversion Rate, AOV, LTV, CAC, Churn, Subscribe & Save).
• Analytical thinker with ability to translate data into actionable business insights; excellent stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own data strategy for commerce and fulfillment, analyzing dual-platform funnels across internal Rx and Shopify.
• Build reporting to track renewals, subscriptions, and conversions; identify friction points in checkout and renewal.
• Analyze margins, AOV, and opportunities for cross-sell/upsell while upholding clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Marketing, Ops, BizOps, and Product to inform strategy and feature improvements.
