Job summary

HII Mission Technologies Division is seeking a Senior Combat Training Systems Test Engineer to work on the Joint Integrated Test and Training Center – Nellis (JITTC-N), Nellis AFB, NV to support the U.S. Air Force Warfare Center, Joint Simulation Environment team.

This on-site role requires senior-level experience in modeling, simulation, and testing of flight simulators, with DoD methodologies, data analysis, and clear communication with government customers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DoD test methodologies and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and in a team on prototyping tasks.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Current or active TS/SCI eligibility and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Manage test teams for JSE training systems at Nellis AFB, NV.
• Prioritize and execute test objectives for flight simulators and debrief systems.
• Plan, execute, analyze and report component and system tests for MITL environments.
• Collect, maintain and analyze simulated weapons test data for reports.
• Develop test methods and automated scripts for simulation software testing.
