Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years collision estimating experience in a high-production shop.
• Expert knowledge of collision repair processes, vehicle construction, parts identification, and repair planning.
• Ability to write and negotiate repair estimates with integrity and profitability.
• Experience working with major insurance carriers, DRP programs, and insurance repair guidelines.
• Customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Write accurate, complete, and defensible collision repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software.
• Review vehicle damage and determine repair vs. replacement procedures per OEM guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle construction, parts, repair procedures, and insurance estimating practices.
• Manage a high-volume workload while meeting production and cycle time goals.
• Maintain CSI scores above company expectations through exceptional guest service and proactive communication.
• Identify supplements and additional damage promptly to ensure estimate accuracy.
