As an asset based lender, the Senior Collateral Appraiser Market Analyst position plays a central role in ensuring the overall collateral quality held by CHFA. As such, the incumbent serves as an expert and liaison throughout the company providing technical/knowledge support, advice, and recommendations for complex and difficult commercial real estate, appraisal, valuation, economic, and market condition matters. This positions reports to the Manager of Asset Quality and Commercial Loan Servicing.
