Job summary

Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) seeks a Home Finance Loan Analyst II to perform loan-level reviews ensuring program compliance and MCC eligibility, while supporting loan purchase processes. This role reports to the Loan Operations Team Lead and contributes to CHFA’s mission by upholding stringent guidelines.

  • Ensures adherence to Insurer/Guarantor, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, IRS Tax Code, and CHFA guidelines.
  • Reports to the Loan Operations Team Lead.

The Home Finance Loan Analyst II position is responsible for completing loan-level reviews for CHFA Program Compliance, Mortgage Credit Certificate Eligibility, and Loan purchase, ensuring adherence to applicable Insurer/Guarantor, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, IRS Tax Code, and CHFA programmatic guidelines. This position reports to the Loan Operations Team Lead.
