Responsibilities

• Tear down, set up and operate multiple header lines to tolerances for hot/cold parts.
• Conduct first run inspections and periodic quality checks.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines including cleaning and lubrication.
• Install cold heading tooling and set up support equipment.
• Compute feed length and progression to produce quality parts.
• Read measuring equipment and verify part specs against drawings.
