Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. in Waco, Texas, is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (Machining & Cold Forming) to develop and optimize high-volume metal manufacturing processes. The role covers CNC machining, cold forming, and related operations across multiple sites with heavy travel.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in machining or cold forming, strong tooling knowledge, and experience applying Lean Six Sigma and DOE/ SPC to improve quality and throughput. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in machining and/or cold forming environments.
• Strong understanding of metal forming physics, machining fundamentals, and tooling.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and support multi-site/supplier roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and validate machining and cold forming processes for high-volume production.
• Establish process windows using DOE/ SPC and capability studies.
• Analyze forming loads, material flow, tool wear, and machining performance to improve quality.
• Lead on-site die verifications, machine acceptance, and production ramp-ups.
