Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Cold Forming, Hot Forming or Forging (tool design a plus).
• Hands-on troubleshooting and communication from shop floor to leadership.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Support new product launches from quoting through full production release.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and shop floor support for current production.
• Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recommend and execute capital investments, including faster machines and quick-change tooling.
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, and leadership teams.
