Job summary

Taylor Fresh Foods, Inc. today seeks a Senior Receiving Lead at our Tolleson, AZ facility to manage all cold storage receiving operations, oversee receipt, inspection, documentation and storage of temperature-sensitive materials, and ensure food safety, inventory control and workplace safety standards.

You will lead the receiving team, drive on-time deliveries, enforce FIFO/FEFO, coordinate staffing with production, and maintain accuracy in ERP/WMS while upholding strict cold chain integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of warehouse, receiving, or inventory control experience within food manufacturing, cold storage, or refrigerated distribution.
• 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience.
• Forklift certification or the ability to become certified required.

Responsibilities

• Lead receiving team and develop receiving associates to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Coordinate daily staffing and receiving priorities based on production schedules and inbound deliveries.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for receiving issues and operational challenges.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the receipt of refrigerated and frozen ingredients, packaging materials, and other inbound inventory.
• Verify quantities, product condition, lot numbers, expiration dates, and shipping documentation.
