Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking an experienced Cognos Developer to design and enhance Cognos frameworks, dashboards, and reports. You will build ad hoc BI reports and work with SQL-based data sources, PostgreSQL, and data warehouse schemas.

The role requires strong communication with technical and business stakeholders, and includes travel to Albuquerque, NM (standard 25%), with variations during go-live periods.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years IT experience with analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience in Cognos Report Studio and Framework Manager.
• Proficiency in SQL-based reports and performance tuning.
• Strong with PostgreSQL, shell scripting, and Cognos Admin.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Cognos frameworks and reports.
• Create dashboards and scorecards; build ad hoc BI reports.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams; communicate findings.
• Support data warehouse analysis and star/snowflake schemas.
• Mentor junior resources and contribute to documentation.
