Starbucks Café is hiring an experienced and driven Coffeehouse Leader to take full ownership of a vibrant, high-foot-traffic location with no drive-thru. This is an active, high-energy store with strong guest volume and a loyal community.

You will be the face of the store, the standard-setter for your team, and the primary driver of performance. As the Coffeehouse Leader, you'll lead at a high level, and have space to make it your own, building a lasting experience that keeps guests coming back

Qualifications

• 3+ years of store management experience in retail, food & beverage, or coffeehouse environments.
• Proven ability to lead a larger team and maintain culture and performance.
• Strong understanding of P&L drivers and labor management.
• Focus on guest experience and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations end-to-end, staffing, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance.
• Manage a larger team across multiple shifts with consistency and accountability.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing partners and bench talent.
• Drive sales, guest experience scores, and labor efficiency using data-driven methods.
• Be a visible on-floor leader who models Starbucks craft and hospitality.
• Own guest experience from open to close and pursue continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership on store strategy and initiatives.
