Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a CPC-certified medical record reviewer to improve provider documentation and lead education initiatives across provider groups in the United States. The role focuses on risk adjustment, data analysis, and developing educational sessions for quality of care and coding improvements.

The candidate will report to the Manager, Coding Education and collaborate with HQRI, delivering webinars and compliant presentations tailored to group strategy.

Qualifications

• Must hold AAPC CPC Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of medical record review knowledge.
• Familiar with coding guidelines (ICD-9/ICD-10).
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Requirements

• AAPC CPC (Certified Professional Coder) Certification
• 2 or more years of medical record review knowledge
• Familiar with coding guidelines (i.e. ICD-9/ICD-10)
• Reside in LA or MS or willing to relocate within 6 months
• Microsoft Word (creating documents) and Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
• PowerPoint (creating and presenting)
• Analyzing Data to drive process improvement
• Experience with public speaking /presentation skills
